Having trouble with the remote and to operate our mini split cassette unit. Within 5min Mario had the unit up and running as well as how the unit with remote works efficiently. Mario also went to bat for us to have the condenser mounted on the Guest House rather than in the dirt inches away from our brow ditch.Thanks Mario

Guthrie and Sons installed our heating/AC unit in 2022 and so I called them for their help with an issue I was having. The technician Jonathan came out and checked all of the units (4) and the outside control panel and all is good. We could not replicate the (small) issue and determined it to be an unknown cause. Glad Jonathan came out, all units are now working perfectly. Thank you to Guthrie and Sons!!
