At Guthrie & Sons, we offer top-of-the-line heating and air conditioning products, backed with warranties, installed by our certified technicians. On top of your standard 2-year warranty included with every new installation, we offer an extended 10-year warranty for your additional peace-of-mind. Annual maintenance is required to keep your extended warranty active.
Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee
Our certified technicians are factory trained to service and install any make or model. In the rare occasion our installation or service repair failed due to our workmanship, we will come out and fix it at no cost to you.
Property Protection Guarantee
We promise to treat your home with utmost care as if it were our own. This includes wearing booties to prevent dirt coming into your home; laying down drop cloths to protect your floors; and wiping down all surfaces prior to leaving your home. It’s as if we weren’t even there!
