This review pertains to the process in receiving a quote for a HVAC system for a residential dwelling. We welcomed Anthony A. to discuss the potential renewal of our HVAC system. We were in the phase where one seeks different quotes and gain a better understanding of the various options available. Anthony was articulate, explained the options with the pro’s and con’s of each option. He was very professional and personable in getting to know our needs.We will certainly keep his proposal in consideration when we make our decision.Lastly, the appointment process was seem less and punctual.

I've had an ongoing issue with my HVAC not working properly. Two other professionals came by and said I needed expensive upgrades, without fixing the issue. Zach Mendoza from Guthrie & Sons finally fixed the issue. He was polite, knowledgeable and able to fix the issue within minutes without trying to up-sell me. I have confidence that they can do the job.

The time came for us to replace our 20+ year old AC and heater and the overwhelming search for the right company to hire began. I met with 8 companies and after meeting Vlad I just knew I had found the company to hire. Vlad was professional and honest. He never tried to upsell us and was very thorough in explaining all of our options. He simply explained the pros and cons of each system and left the decision to us. The one thing I learned after doing all of my HVAC research is not to focus on the price although G&S was the very competitive. But instead focus on the company you feel will do the best installation. The way G&S provided a detailed interactive proposal breaking down all the work that will be done really put my mind at ease. We have our install scheduled for next week so that will be the true test. I will be updating this review after the installation is done but I can say that I feel very confident they will go above and beyond to ensure the job is done right!

We decided to get central air conditioning after the last 2 summers. After getting quotes from 3 HVAC companies, we decided on G&S. They installed our heater a couple of years ago and did a great job. This time was no different. They showed up promptly, took care to cover the floors, and got right to work. There were 3 installers; Blake, Adam, and Luke ( I think I got the names right!) They each had a job to do and went about it very professionally and with great attitudes. They finished and cleaned up. It was a great experience. I recommend giving G&S a try when looking for heating or AC.

I would like to thank Guthrie & Sons for the replacing our old furnace. The technician Vald Turovskiy was very helpful and knowledgeable, and gave me a good quote. And my special thanks are to the installation service technician Wayne Gosselin who did excellent, fast and really professional job. I would highly recommend Guthrie & Sons for their knowledgeable, professional and very polite team.
