Guthrie and Sons took on the challenging project of installing an HVAC system at St. George's Serbian Orthodox Church of San Diego, CA. They were the only company among the six we consulted that saw the project through to the end. The system, split units/floor units with condensers outside, was installed with minimal intrusion onto the church's artwork. Got recommended this company by my boss who had a whole mini split system installed in his house. Was able to schedule a service appt same week. On morning of service Daniel W. shows up, listens to all of my concerns, and gets right to work. Daniel was able to investigate the problem, took his time making sure he's eliminated all other possible issues before coming up with a recommendation to my original proposal. Fixes up the issue then checks to see if it is working properly. Not only that, he stays with me few more minutes and addresses all the questions I had for him regarding the system, as a whole. Absolutely amazing.I'll be calling back to schedule maintenance services with them going forward. They won me as a customer.
Zach was very knowledgeable and flexible. He did not push us to purchase a new furnace and instead came up with a plant to continue monitor the furnace and air condition. The inspection was good and he replaced a battery. Looking forward to work with him in the future
